I'm a real mom
Yes, I am finally feeling like a real mom. Here's why. A few friends came over this week to grind wheat and talk about food storage (two of my favorite topics). A total of seven kids were playing in the house. Totally fine. All good.
Then the next day, when I was doing my spring-cleaning I went into the guest bathroom and found.......yes.....a harmonica in the toilet. Someone tried to flush a harmonica down my toilet! Wow - that is real motherhood!
If you are interested, Ellie doesn't yet realize you can put things into the toilet to flush down. She just likes to come in to the bathroom while you are peeing and wait. Then she likes to yell 'bye bye' and flush the toilet for you - waving at your pee as it circles around and leaves.
I then had to think about how to clean out said harmonica. So I put it in a bucket of bleach for a few minutes. Come on over and blow away!
