Happy Spring!

I always like to blog the first pic of the spring flowers. This little beauty actually was ready to bloom earlier this week, but here is it - happy spring!

Productive Saturday

Wow, we were productive this weekend!

Friday we started to clean out the garage, and finished on Saturday:

Then we rented an edger and edged the lawn and hand-dug out the rest:

Then we got this garden box and put it together, mixed up the soil and moved/planted strawberries! (notice the frost on this, the first day of spring):

The girls are crafting away (painting, puzzles, playing with some furry 'pet' and now playing cat). Next week Ellie goes to get her Kindergarden shots. She is VERY excited to 'almost be a kindergarden girl.' On Wednesday, Ashley got rhyming. She was standing by our bed and said "cat and mat rhyme" I could almost see the lightbulb above her head! Since then she has been spouting out random words and their rhyming words. Go Ash!

Josh continues to be fabulous. I am very calm. Made raisin bread Saturday afternoon - YUM!! Too bad, it almost all gone, or I would invite you over for a piece. My momma is coming to visit next week - yah!! Have a happy week.
