Newest hobby

We have worms!
Not tape.
Not ring.
Red wigglers.
They are apparently the best kind to have for your garden (worm poop is AWESOME fertilizer- just FYI).
So everyone is VERY interested in our new house-buddies:

Josh, of course, built our worms a nice new home (and it is much easier to change the dirt, get the poop, etc.) Way to go honey!

Snowflake party

When we were young, in Vincennes, if it would snow during a school day, when we got home we would have cocoa and make snowflakes...
So we are continued the tradition!
Thursday it snowed all day long!
When the kiddos got home, we had cocoa and made snowflakes to hang up.

After the sort-through-all-the-stuff-in-the-basement, we found everyone's (still fitting!) snow attire and went outside:

Look at this nice love note in the snow!

Check out this HUGE snowman!
And then when I was making the spaghetti - check out this sadness - TWO jars didn't seal!!!! Josh was like 'you don't really have to throw away the jars too.' But then he looked it up, and yep, my momma was right. And into the garbage both cans went. Sigh. Sad.
In good news, our lime tree has tons of blossoms! (But also note that all the leaves are falling off the tangerine, which apparently is totally ok, so we just keep vacuuming them up!)
