Yesterday was garden day and I harvested 19 cucumbers. This is a lot of cucumbers. And they are not small. Fortunately I found the chickens love cucumbers when they are cut open. So that will help. Anyone want one?
Also Michael and Dad fixed his bike tire (at last!). Now he can ride all the way around the block, with no training wheels. We even go like three times around! Go Moo!
We are the Happy Herrons. I, the writer of this blog, am the adoring wife of Josh, happy mom to Ellie, Ashley and Michael. I have amazing friends and love to bake (even if it is gluten-free).

Provo party
It is just so nice to motor on down to Provo and play with everyone! Last week we went down and went to (of course) 7 Peaks - and I took pictures to prove we get in the water. Then we went to the showing of "South Pacific" with the crowd and had a great time eating, chatting and not falling down the slope. Then Michael and I had a sleep over at Grandma's and the girls had a sleep over (with lots of giggling - Heather reported) with Emma.
In the morning, we went to practice tennis with our new rackets! Heather and I played the most and had a delightful time while the kids wandered around on the courts. On the way home, just to get our money's worth, we stopped at Thanksgiving Point for a bit.
Josh is working nights for the next few months, so we are working around that. Good sleeping to him!
