So my sweetie Josh has been at this big training in Logan all week (which didn't help with the second week of teaching confusion. Did I talk about my new job lately? That will come up)...anyhoo
He was up there doing this super big training about breaking into/not hacking into/something like that computer networking.
He studied hard and got 815/900 points and totally passed! Go honey!
So he was gone on his birthday and the kiddos and I went and bought him a WiiU (and three more controllers - hech the money they make on those things). He unwrapped it today, much to the excitement of the three kiddos. But he and I decided that we aren't really a video-game playing family (which was very nice to agree upon) - so he took it back.
The kiddos were understandably sad, because they "wanted to be cool like cousin Emma."
Dad said maybe they could get one for Christmas, but it would be their only present.
I quickly added that SANTA might bring it for a gift from the store.
Ashley, "But mom, I thought he made all the toys at his workshop."
Me, "Well there might be some he just buys, but he sure does make a lot up there!"
