My Easter miracles

Well, I have seen several Easter miracles here in my life recently.

1) Ashley sang along with two of the Easter songs in church on Sunday.

2) We left for church and I was sad there were no flowers up. And when we came home - THERE WAS ONE LITTLE CROCUS up!!

3) My BYU-I class showed up two days early - so I can get it almost finished before my wing-bond surgery tomorrow (Tuesday).

4) I got to go riding!

5) Ellie's dental appointment got changed to today, and so we don't have to find a driver to get up to and from the appt because we are both drugged.

6) I am sure there are a lot more, the insurance company will pay for most of my shoulder surgery, we have the money to pay our $3,290 tax bill, I have gotten so much CRAP done this weekend and today - I am TOTALLY going to sit on the couch for days and days,

Love, Ann

More going-on's

Ellie  had a big dental appointment today. She survived. We got new baby chicks! Mark Bullock bought home 50 and Francie wanted to know if we wanted some. So we got three random ones. They are in the teenager stage - all gawky and with weird feathers sticking out all over).

Then, after a day of moving rocks for their greenhouse, some of them came over for a soak in the hot tub!

We got to babysit our friends Anya and Ollie while their mom recovered from having her tonsils out. A good time was had by all!

Look at my mouth!

Now if I die a horrible death, my mouth is preserved forever! I had a big cavity and needed a crown on my tooth. So after the drilling, the doc (husband of the horse riding friend), he took this picture to send to the 3D printing people for the tooth. Isn't it cool!

Horse updates

So, as you remember, Michael fell off Larry the horse in the fall. Since then I have been waiting to literally get him 'back on the horse.' This lovely weekend, Shirlene invited us over!! Here he is in all his glory! After we brushed (aka tried to take off some of their winter coats) and stuff - and then we let them back into the paddlock and Xana  ROLLED ALL OVER IN THE POO!! Whatever.

Also, I got to go back today, before my shoulder surgery and it was a glorious day! Go us!
