Two year olds

So here is a question for all my experienced mommy friends out there. When your two year old only wants to watch TV all day long is 1) she sick and just doesn't feel good and wants to lay on the couch? Or 2) addicted to cartoons and turning into a TV-sloth? Comments would be appreciated.
