Jam and the pool

I made plum jam from our neighbor's fruit. And here are some pictures of the kids in the pool.

One is silver, the other gold

Our friends Atticus and Angel came to spend a few days with us while their foster parents had their anniversary and a family sealing. We motored down to Provo and DCSF calls and offers us a 16 month old baby boy. I say no, but then I feel pretty good about it so I call her back. We make plans to pick him up. We go to Seven Peaks real fast, play at Heather's with the cousins and go to the Christmas Box house and get Kashden. So here we all are playing together this week! (four boys is a lot of boys)

Sandberg reunion

The next weekend we had the Sandberg family reunion. The first day we went to a bounce town and dinner in the canyon. The second day we had lunch, Then there was swimming in the Provo pool, dinner at Heather's and The Music Man at Sundance! (very fancy). Sunday we were in charge of lunch, followed by church. Then we came home and sat around. Go Team Sandberg!

Go Fancy Nancy!

As you know, our van, Fancy Nancy, is getting old. On the way home from Montana she turned 200,000 miles!! You go girl!

Aliaha's sealing!

Making good on a promise made many, many years ago,  Heather and I had to attend Alisha's sealing!!! But first all the good stuff. Ellie had a dental appt to get two cavities filled. Ashley needed a retainer expander. Stupidly, I though all this could be done in a hour, leaving us plenty of time to get to the temple. Nope. Ellie's cavities took two hours (one turned out to be all over her tooth), Ash was quick and then when I showed the dentist Moo's other big tooth coming in behind a baby one, he pulled out THREE of them. Michael "That hurt mom."
Then we left late. Ellie had been drugged. Then on the way out of town, she peeded her pants. We turned around. We finally get to SLC and find a parking space. The bride comes out. We all clap and cheer. There is huge hugging. Pictures. Jason calls me over quick. Ashley sort of passed out. I run over, we stand up to go inside (where it is cool) and she throws up. Twice. All over the steps where the brides come out. Heather gets my car and we drive home. (No one comes to clean up the mess for an hour so finally Blessed Uncle Jason does). Congrats Alisha! Go Lafayette girls!

Other random pictures

We went to Provo a week or so ago. We played Pokemon Go and the the Provo ladies. On the way home, the girls stopped at a ditch and played. Happy day! Swimming lessons, etc.
