So here is an update on the chickens. Josh and I strained our backs moving the coop again, we just might leave it next to the shed. Here are some pics:
Here is Josh making pupus - an El Savadorian pocket bread/cornmeal hand pie, etc. He is so nice to always be trying new gluten free ideas and he is an awesome chef in general!
We are the Happy Herrons. I, the writer of this blog, am the adoring wife of Josh, happy mom to Ellie, Ashley and Michael. I have amazing friends and love to bake (even if it is gluten-free).

Show What You Know
At our school different grades take turns during the weekly assembly to show off something they have been learning in class (a poem, a reading, a song).
So last week was the final Show What You Know:

For breakfast one morning, Ellie made us these cute napkins.
We are trying to have a Breakfast Boss (helps with breakfast), a Clean Up Kid (picks up before dinner) and a Dinner Boss (helps with dinner.) Of course it is an ongoing process.
