Valentine's Day 2018

I got presents early! My sweetie knows me so well. Last summer my second attempt at a kiwi only grew 1/5 inch. And I have been really wanting this medical survival guide for when the zombie apocalypse comes.

After Max's baby blessing, we all motored over to the Lewis household and Sam wanted to drive with us. Literally.

Crafties

Man, our kids are CRAFTY! Last week Ellie randomly made this elephant out of a cereal box. It poops chocolate chips. And then last night she and Michael spent about three rolls of tape making this for his school Valentine's Day party.

More stuff

Ellie cracked her cello (again - third major repair in six months  - praise the LORD I got the insurance plan).  Apparently it was dropped and the string tension cracked the peg board. Whatever.
I submitted Michael for a part as "Lehi's posterity" in the Book of Mormon films the church is making.

Lego competition

The girls have been doing a Lego competition since fall. So they had their competition. They were judge on their robot doing its assigned chores, teamwork, a poster, a file of their work and something else. They had a GREAT time. And my joy is that we did NOT advance to further competition!
