Ashley made some great bug city block houses/compounds this week. She LOVES building with blocks and making up stories about the bugs inside.
It snowed 12 inches so far this weekend, so we hauled out (and purchased
for Moo) necessary snow equipment and had a blast outside. It is
suppose to snow more today.
Moo was outside, but his boot kept falling off, so he wanted to come inside. But then he wanted to be in on the action. Ellie was our photographer for this winter shoot.
Daddy throws snowballs at the photographer.
Mom and Ash played and made snow angels. Ash LOVES the snow.
Here is our little Moo snowboy in the backyard.
But there is sad news too. Not all the leaves were off our FABULOUS shade trees in the back and one huge limp broke off with the heavy snow. Boo-hoo!
Now we have a reason to buy a chainsaw (a great investment for the end of the world!)
Moo still likes to be in on the action:
Ellie is getting glasses! Yep, she is -.75 and needs glasses to see the board well. But only for that, not for reading. (After eye-ball complaints I remembered the Jules (Ellie's beloved birthmom) is the only person I know who has worse eyes than me - so it all made sense). They should be here in a week or so. Here she is, sans glasses):
And, yes, I chopped (well someone else did) my hairs again. I LOVE short hairs! (it does need a week or two to get a bit longer). Happy Sunday!
