I really like Sundays. I like it that we get to spent the whole day together as a family. That we get to go to church together. It's just nice. That 9 a.m. church time would be NICE too, I guess next year we will enjoy that again.
We just have a lovely dinner with our friends/neighbors/bishop and wife, Seth and Bugs (not her 'official' name). It was a yummy yummy dinner with some sort of dip that I liked a lot - and I don't even eat dip! Bugs - you are awesome!
Saturday my friend Kelllie and I got the ultimate treat - we went to SLC - BY OURSELVES! (ok, there was one baby involved, but she was small, and aside from almost losing Kellie's wallet at Jo-Ann's, was not even a problem) for the WHOLE afternoon! We had lunch, bought new running shoes (we are even matchie-matchie now with our hot pink shoes), discovered some fabulous fabric, had a laughing fit at the pattern table at Jo-Ann's, chose some great toys for our babies, etc. It was completely great. But we didn't discuss the French Revolution?! Maybe this week, when we cut out the dresses?
On a lawn note, we have purchased our first real sprinkler parts - it might actually happen! A lawn is coming!
Also, I passed by certification for the woodworking shop at the Arts and Crafts building. So now I can wood-craftie you a project, if you need. Apparently, they have one of those free-arm sewing machine!?!?!? OK, happy week!
