Other wrap up stuff

Here  are the rest of the pics I found, but didn't put in yet.

Michael had a dance (awesome) and a band (he played the big bong at the end) concerts.

Our whole family went to the AMAZING production at Hale Theater of the Little Mermaid. There was swimming, singing, Ursual appeared right above our heads, more magical creatures than I could count *(and two dolphins just in case you missed them). It was FANTASTIC!! Better than Treasure Island and that made my list of 5 best shows ever. Michael got the sickness after dad. Here he is recovering. Remember how I had my toenails removed right before we went to Spain? Well, my left one did not grow back right and has been hurting for sometime. I even had to cut a hole in the front of my tennis shoes so it didn't hurt. Anyway, .I went and got it permanently removed. And then I started on a second course of antibiotics and it feels tons better! It fits in all my shoes!! Yah!!

Also, I decided to go grey. I will consult with my girl (Debbie) and see how it will all go down. Tired of dying it and then it is grey again in three weeks. It will be an adventure.

I finished!!!

After 11 months and 2.5 weeks - I finished it!!!

All the works of William Shakespeare!! (even the sonnets).

I am working on my list for next year, so I can accomplish my goal of the 'The Weber 100 list of best literature" list. I am counting ones I have read sometime in my life (like the entire Bible - that was during my mission).

Christmas!

So nice to snuggle in at home with my favorite people.

First. Michael got his dream gift (next to Jesus) ...

And Ashley got a certificate to show she could call Chris her boyfriend. Romeo got a bag of chicken feet. He looks like a real dog, gnawing on that thing.

Awesome Herron family party

The Herron girls, again, threw a marvelous Christmas party! There was a delicious spread of breakfast burritos, a craft (making your own ornaments), games and gifts! Here are some of the bad pictures I took.

Baby blessings

Violet (Maddie and William) and Stoney (Cassidy and Nick) were blessed this month and since Dad had a HORE cough (he had the illness bad),  the girls and I motored up to Logan. Look at the cuties! And Ellie got to play with the dogs.

Christmas prep

Christmas was wonderful this year. I really enjoyed the whole month of carols, kindness and love. And it comes again next year! Right now I am making lists for next year and planning taking the tree  down so we can regain our living room!

Here are our memories...

First, putting up the tree

More stuff happens

And here is more.... (seriously I haven't posted in so so long).....

OK, so I went a little crazy at the Black Friday sell at Joann's. So I wanted to make a cross stitch ornament for the kids this year. And then I worked on one, and then on the second one, I remembered I have arthritis in my right thumb. This is not good. So I pushed through and made a small ornament for Ashley and put away all my pretty thread......

Michael has developed a 'friend-girl' and here are two of the pictures of me and dad upside down. Making of the ginger bread house for the ward party. We won second. Moo being pouty. Ashley in her pretty dress ( and Chris in a suit!) for the Winter Ball. She LOVED it.

So much time.......

So much time has passed, but I want to get these last things added before I try to change platforms next year. I will add pictures and then try to give you a blurb.

Josh cleaning the garage floor, game night, me looking cool, this little marigold grew on this total slab of concrete and I admired its spirit and snuggles with the dog.
