The Christmas set-up

As per tradition, we started the Christmas set up on the day after Thanksgiving! I am trying to bring more of Christmas decorating to the game this year. So here is the tree going up. We are trying it in the family room this year, and with a much smaller tree. It is good. I do like a nice tree. And my sweetie bought me three big poinsettias!

Dumb dog

So we still have the dumb dog. It did get washed. It has been taken for several walks. Michael feeds him regularly. Here are some pictures. He is better at sitting down. I am still undecided.

Michael

Have I mentioned lately that Michael is COMPLETELY a boy? He cannot sit/stand/be still for a second and can not be not making a noise. He is adorable, sweet, a good hugger and loves to shoot things with his gun. He can be found walking the dog (with mom) with his gun and at least one sword (aka piece of wood) stuck down his shirt, on his pants hook, whatever.

My new phone!

Let me explain. First I had a cool phone like Josh's. Then the screen cracked - a bunch. So my sweetie ordered me a new screen. It came cracked. So he called again. Nothing.
Then, because my sister Heather called him like 14 times in one hour, he went to the store and got me a little fakie phone. It did pretty good until I dropped it enough (I  should mention here that is had no cover and was thin and black and VERY hard to find in the bottom of your purse, even when it was ringing) that it cracked - first on the side, then the screen, then on the other corner. It worked fine, but when you held it to your ear, it scratched your face.
Then my sweetie bought me a new fancy phone! AND a cover. AND a screen saver-scratchie-thing.
