Time/space confusion, less junk and Tiny Tim

Ok, to those of you out there with kiddos - how do you explain that although, "spring IS coming," it is NOT on the mountain ahead of us?  Also, how do you explain, once and for all, that "mommy was born before daddy, and that is how Heavenly Father planned it and it is OK?"

We stayed at home for three lovely days this weekend. Josh really enjoyed not going anywhere, having no meetings and sleeping in for THREE WHOLE mornings! He also dejunked the computer, fixed my messed up iTunes AND did the taxes!! Yah honey!!

I dejunked the rest of the house and did some crafting and took a few naps and played with the girls. We nice week coming up - the girls don't have school on Wednesday so we are planning a fun breakfast out with the local girls and then maybe a trip to Aunt Heathers!

Here is what our less junky house looks like:
Ash is down to one bed and the dolls and doll clothes (as you can see.) A LOT of the toys have been moved into "rotation" for a while. So we got out the dolls.
(Ellie was happy to get the "boy trucks and stuff" stickers off her wall.
See -I have one organized closet!
Also, a funny note about Ellie. At some critical point in her life, Josh showed her that Christmas story with Tiny Tim. So for about two years now, whenever she get a bump or hit on any foot, toe, etc., she immediately says "I can't WAAALLLKKK" and starts limping. Then she tries to find a cane to walk with. She even used to take Josh's backscratcher to school as a cane, bent over, limping along (when she remembered). So on our walk yesterday, she tripped or something and started with the, " I can't WALLKK." And Josh said "oh, poor girl, come here and hold my hand." two limps and two skips later she grabbed his hand, all healed (until the next time.)
What did we laugh about before kids?
Have a nice week!
