Power out

It was SSOSO windy in Tooele this weekend. On Sunday the power was flickering off and on and then went out. We had just put dinner in the oven. After like 20 minutes Josh got out the Dutch Oven, started the gas stove and cooked out cheese potatoes and pork chops. We had flashlights and Josh got one of our camping lights working. It was pretty good!
I got some candles and played from my sonatina piano book, I was channeling the guys who wrote by candlelight, but I didn't have to write with a quill pen!
We ate and our friends came over and kids dance-danced and adults played Ticket to Ride.

Sorry it has been a while. This gallbladder thing does act up. But I am getting better at taking care of myself. For example, on Friday, after apparently eating too much fat, I was feeling very poorly on Saturday. Went to organ workshop. Then I just wanted to sleep. So skipped trip to SLC, gluten free expo, seeing Holly's new house and dinner with the girls. But did have nice long four hour lay in bed. And felt better. And no one minded!
Here are some pictures of a good morning: kids all ready and even get to play Mindcraft if they are ready before time. I took some pictures yesterday, but can't find them on either camera. Well we are all fine and the kids are growing.
