We ate lots of yummy food and have been totally lazy for two days!
Here is my big trauma of the year: I am SWITCHING planners!
Yes, the top planner here, has been my style for like TWENTY years! (seriously I got my first at-a-glance planner when I was working at Topics newspapers with Ron!)
But this year I decided to shake it up and got a new planner. It has lots of color - which I am taking to mean more color in my life.
Here is some general dancing:
Daddy has been practicing his banjo and can play several recognizable songs!
Michael eating my first attempt (there will be others, later) at gluten free cream puffs.
Daddy and the girls playing Settlers of Catan:
Friends came over today and did crafties.
We are venturing out tomorrow to Provo to pick up Aunt Sara and play with Heather and the gang. Three days of vacation left!
We are the Happy Herrons. I, the writer of this blog, am the adoring wife of Josh, happy mom to Ellie, Ashley and Michael. I have amazing friends and love to bake (even if it is gluten-free).

Follow up
Manic depression is basically highs and lows. And as my seester says, "Hello, anyone who knows you knows that already about you."
Yah, it is scarier to have a name.
Anyway, bipolar I is characterized by hypomania (just feeling really good vs mania which is scary highs) with depression. How awesome huh? It is basically 'extraordinary mood changes.' There is abrupt onset and sudden recovery.
So that is me. I just wanted it out and up front. So now I have a REASON for these highs and lows. Drugs help. Sleeping well is major. If you want to read more about this adventure of mine, you can check it out at: http://abipolarmommy.blogspot.com/
Otherwise, you can return to your normal blog now.
